Michael has also had experience working with players who have paved their way overseas along with those at the Division I, II, and III collegiate level.

Since opening in 2010, 3d Athletics has rapidly expanded its program, developing players of all ability levels. Recently, Michael has been able to foster relationships with coaches of all levels including the CYO, AAU, Middle School, High School, Collegiate, and the NBA level. In our primary years, Tim Cluess of Iona College, Chris Spatola of Duke University, Mike Gillian, formerly of Longwood University, Steve Pikiell of Stony Brook University, Tom Pecora of Fordham University, Will Brown of the University of Albany, Tobin Anderson of St. Thomas Aquinas, King Rice of Monmouth College, Pat Kennedy, formerly of Pace University, Joe Jones of Boston University, and Mike Dunlap, formerly of the Charlotte Bobcats, and Hall of Fame Head Coach of St. Anthony's High School in New Jersey, Bob Hurley have spoken at our 3d Athletics facility, providing their philosophies of coaching at our annual coaching clinics.

Michael has facilitated the use of age appropriate progressions by instituting an instructional league in the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons where players have the unique opportunity to apply the skills learned in our workouts in a competitive supervised environment.

Serving as one of Long Island's notable basketball training programs, 3d Athletics demands a high standard from all players with respect to attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, along with many other notable characteristics that coaches admire from our clients.

Michael is the youngest of four children. His brothers Ralph and John Rossetti both played collegiately at Suffolk County Community College/New England College and Oswego State University respectively. Michael's sister, Michele DeChiaro played Field Hockey at the University of Villanova. Ralph Rossetti Sr., Michael's father, has served as the Varsity Head Coach of Seaford High School since 1981, most notably winning the Long Island Class "B" Championship in 1998.

Founder of 3d Athletics, Michael ensures that each client will maximize their potential, provided that they follow the progressions outlined in each session and apply what they have learned into competitive play.
